Windows 8.1 Version Preview was available for download

As the route, at Build Conference which took place in 2013, Microsoft officially launches Preview version of Windows 8.1 - an upgrade to Windows 8 release in October last year.

About configuration requirements, this update has nothing other than Windows 8, including: Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster, RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64 bit) hard Disk Space: at least 16 GB free (for Windows 32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit) graphics: Microsoft DirectX 9.
