Apple will bring LTE-A 4G technology on the iPhone 5S

The Korea Times quoted an unnamed executive of the South Korean operator SKT has said they and Apple are in talks to integrate technology 4G LTE-A on the iPhone 5S

 The chief executive, said: "We (SKT) is working with Apple to bring 4G technology LTE-A over the iPhone 5S. Currently we are in the midst of negotiations with Apple." "There is no reason that Apple does not use 4G technology LTE-A," this person said.

So most likely consumers in Korea will be able to own the iPhone with high-speed connectivity in the coming months.

Before that Samsung Electronics has launched the LTE version of the Galaxy S4-A, an upgraded version of the networking capabilities of the S4. The launch of this version makes many people uncomfortable when Samsung released too many too fast and some versions of the S4. But in a race with rival Apple is Samsung claim that the launch of this version was a perfect fit.

The chief executive also suggested Apple should use its technology VXL Qualcomm for the iPhone 5S with LTE-A connection. However, most likely Apple will use technology as its traditional chipset on the previous generation iPhone, though the chipset will use a Qualcomm modems.
